·Strictly select first-line brand components, 100% process testing
·The core compulsory relay adopts well-known products certified by a third-party authority to ensure high reliability.
·Full-function configurable dial switch, easy to control various applications.
The safety relay controls the emergency stop switch of industrial machinery.
Safety control relays have the following functions:
1) Expand the scope of control. For example, when the control signal of a multi-contact relay reaches a certain value, multiple circuits can be switched, opened, and connected at the same time according to different forms of contact groups.
2) Zoom in. For example, sensitive safety control relays, intermediate safety control relays, etc., with a very small amount of control, can control high-power circuits.
3) Integrated signal. For example, when multiple control signals are input to a multi-winding relay in a prescribed form, they can achieve the predetermined control effect after comparison and integration.
4) Automatic, remote control and monitoring. For example, the relay on the automatic device and other electrical appliances can form a program control circuit to realize automatic operation.

The environmental conditions for installing safety control relays in industrial machinery must be considered. Operating industrial machinery and nearby equipment always transmit some shocks and vibrations to the control cabinet; there is also the possibility of splashing cutting coolant. Usually equipment manufacturers take certain protective measures for control components, but these unfavorable environmental conditions must still be considered when selecting safety control relays.
