Description

Safety control relays generally have an induction mechanism (input part) that can reflect certain input variables (such as current, voltage, power, impedance, frequency, temperature, pressure, speed, light, etc.); there is a "pass" to the controlled circuit , "Off" control actuator (output part); between the input part and output part of the relay, there is an intermediate mechanism (drive part) for coupling and isolating the input, functional processing and driving the output part.

There are the following basic precautions in the use of safety control relays
1) The use of safety control relays should meet the various parameter ranges listed in the product manual as far as possible.
2) The rated load and life are a reference value and will vary greatly according to different environmental factors, load properties and types, so it is best to confirm in actual or simulated actual use.
3) Try to use rectangular wave control for DC relays, and use sine wave control for AC relays.
