Description

Voltage relay is a commonly used electromagnetic relay. Safety control relays are used for voltage protection and control of electric drive systems. The coil is connected in parallel to the main circuit to sense the line voltage of the main circuit; the contact is connected to the control circuit and is an actuator. According to the size of the pull-in voltage, safety relays for machinery can be divided into over-voltage relays and under-voltage relays. Over-voltage relay (FV) is used for line over-voltage protection, and its pull-in setting value is 1.05 to 1.2 times the rated power of the protected line. When the voltage of the protected line is normal, the armature will not operate;

Precautions for using safety control relays:
1) The safety relay is a non-maintenance product. Do not disassemble the safety relay or replace the parts inside the safety relay without authorization.
2) Please check the power supply voltage before use. It must be the same as the voltage indicated on the safety relay nameplate.
Comply with the protection level of components, safety control relays can only be installed in the environment with the lowest protection level of IP54 (control
Cabinet).
3) When the safety relay is installed in the switch cabinet, it should keep a distance> 20mm from the adjacent heat dissipation components.
4) When connecting the power supply voltage, please pay attention to the distribution of safety relays wiring terminals.
5) It is not possible to solder and wire directly to the terminals of the safety relay.
